After receiving the order, the customer has 15 working days to return the product. To do this, you must contact our customer service via email, at the Contact Us section, before sending the article, so that we can acknowledge receipt of the item and reserve the new product in your name or to refund the amount in the form of a shopping voucher.

Exchanges are always subject to prior stock confirmation. The product must be returned in its original box, to the following address:

Once the return has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount corresponding to the returned item will be refunded through a shopping voucher, without shipping costs. The Astratto Group has up to 15 working days to send the voucher by email. The Astratto Group reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the established deadline, or items that are not in the same conditions in which they were purchased.
